More rain and distant thunder recorded from an open window. I recorded it with an optimus tape deck and an old microphone (the tape i recorded it on was a maxell ur), i then used audacity and the same tape deck to convert it to digital. Kinda a vapor-y inspired bit of music for a project of mine. I don't know if i will use it or if you will find it useful, but i thought i might as well upload it. Made in fl studio in a few hours, with vocals provided by me. They have been pretty destroyed tho, to be kinda incomprehensible. There's no samples used otherwise.

I was trying to record noise outside my house with my phone, but when i tried to amplify the noise, this was the result. Thank you to renard_v for pointing out that these are decoding artifacts/compression artifacts. I didn't know it can sound like that when amplified.

I made this sound with my microkorg, making lfo1 and lfo2 hella fast, and made them modulate the pitch and amplitude, respectively, at full strength. The values for the frequencies i don't know, but it is fun to dive in to a synth and try to replicate the sounds that you're hearing.

In the "word association game" (on this forum) i wrote mangle, as word no 2795. I zoomed in to my post. Made a screen dump. Cropped out “2795 – mangle”. Saved as a monochrome bitmap. Opened in audacity as raw data. Applied paulstretch. Got this swoosh-sound. Let me know if you use it :-).

An long escalator i recorded in atlanta. The escalator was very noisy, and produced a kind of whining electrical sound that sounded almost spiritual. I do not know if the transcendent beauty of the escalator is captured sufficiently here, but i figured someone might be able to use it! there are a few faint voices in the background.
